Basic guidelines for getting a tattoo…

Safety Advice….

The following is a list of things to look for or take into consideration when looking into getting tattooed…
- Always insist that you see new needle and tube set up’s in sealed sterilization envelopes prior to your tattoo. The artist should not seem defensive by this request, and should certainly comply.

- Make sure your artist has protected all surface areas with a plastic and/or non- porous medical napkins to prevent the spread of cross contamination. Make sure disposable latex gloves are worn by the tattooer during the entire process.

- Feel free to question the artist as to any and all of the sterilization and isolation procedures. If the artist or studio becomes evasive to your questions or defensive with your requests, seek out a professional tattooist…
